Allow an IT Service Desk agent to view your computer screen remotely:
- Download Penn State’s licensed version of TeamViewer Quick Support.
- Run the software on your computer.
- Provide the TeamViewer ID and a randomly-generated password to the Service Desk agent so that they can connect to your computer.
No software is permanently installed on your computer
After the session with the service desk is closed, the IT Service Desk will not be able to connect to your computer again unless you run the software again and provide the id and newly generated password.
